Centacare is composed of divisions delivering specific services to the wider community. These services represent the organisational structure of Centacare.

These services work within the various functional areas listed on the left hand side of the screen. Centacare's services are listed below.

• Disability Services – support services for adults with a physical, intellectual or psychiatric disability.
• Relationship Education programs - pre-marriage education, relationship enrichment, parenting programs (groups, couples, individuals), parenting apart, divorce and separation recovery workshops for adults and for children, adult bereavement programs, sexuality awareness programs for high schools, social and personal development workshops for individuals, groups and in schools. Natural fertility services – the healthy alternative.
• Community Development Programs - Coordination of parish-based Care and Concern activities, Indigenous Outreach projects, Cannon Hill Family Support Centre and South Burnett Community Development Program.
• Community Support Services – community and in home services for the aged as well as respite services for children and young adults with a disability.
• Child Care Services – provide quality Child Care Services to children and their families through 78 Outside School Hours Care Services, 4 Long Day Care Centres and 2 Family Day Care Schemes.
• Xstrata Copper-Centacare Community Partnership Program – "Kids Business – Everybody’s Business" and "I Can Kids"; two primary school based group programs to support children experiencing socialisation difficulties.
• Centacare Employment Group – Operates as part of the Australian Job Network and supports people who are looking for greater participation in the workforce and in the community. Tailored programs include Job Network - JN, Disability Employment Network - DEN, Personal Support Program - PSP and Job, Placement Employment and Training - JPET.
• ACCESS Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – ACCESS Employee Assistance Program is an employer sponsored confidential counselling service that provides assistance to employees and their immediate families when they face problems at work or of a personal nature.
• Family and Community Services – Counselling - marriage, family and relationship counselling (couples, children and individuals). Child and family focussed post-separation mediation and dispute resolution. Domestic and family violence prevention programs for men, women and children. School based therapeutic programs for primary school students to assist with positive social skills.
• Pastoral Ministries – services based around hospital and prisons chaplaincy, prisons ministry, indigenous ministry, psychiatric pastoral care, mission to seafarers and AIDS/HIV counselling.
