As a response to service provision, Disability Staff Training was introduced to ensure staff are skilled and competent to provide services to people both within their homes and in the community.

Training in focussed at Induction, Review Training, Developmental and Specialised Training and In-House Training. Staff are trained to deliver high quality personal care, developmental and respite services based on individualised needs.
