Every attempt will be made to ensure that the wishes of the carer and care recipient are followed, wherever possible.

Direct care staff are required to hold, or be in the process of obtaining Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent), and receive initial and ongoing training to ensure that they are appropriately skilled for the work to be undertaken.

In addition, we have many years experience in this type of work and are accredited under ISO 9000:2001.
